How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?

We use temperature-controlled packaging and fast shipping methods to ensure your craft brews arrive in brewery-fresh condition, protected from light and heat.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Since we sell alcoholic beverages, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the package upon delivery.

What happens if a bottle or can arrives damaged?

While we pack our crates with extreme care, accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves The Beer Town warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your beer's journey to your doorstep.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to varying international alcohol regulations and shipping complexities.
